  1. Michael — I appreciate the response here and on my blog. What I was referring to in the “not publicly accessible” part is the math behind the CI tonality algorithm. Your response gives a better insight into the calculation (and I appreciate that), but it’s still a process that is behind the curtain. There is nothing wrong with that being a competitive advantage, but it also can’t be vetted by anybody outside CI.
