CEO
Don is a successful three time entrepreneur whose previous companies have returned more than 500% to his investors. Dante Software was a venture capital-backed company acquired by webMethods (WEBM) in the fall 2003. Don led WEBM’s business process optimization unit, achieving more than 40% in consecutive quarterly revenue growth and an annualized run-rate of $30M. He has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia.

Tim Wolters
Chief Technology Officer
Tim is a well-known industry thought leader in the area of using statistical modeling to extract knowledge from unstructured data sources. His work pioneered the use of advanced analytical non-linear correlation models in building business applications. Wolters holds several patents in the areas of Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM). Mr. Wolters has more than twenty-two years experience in the software technology sector, working with a variety of start-ups and mid-market companies to invent, architect, and deliver successful solutions to the marketplace. He attended Kansas University, specializing in Computing Science.

Tim Lefkowicz
President
Tim leads Collective Intellect’s market-facing activities and is responsible for all clients and revenue. Tim previously led Huron Consulting Group’s western region advisory practices as a Managing Director. He specializes in operational performance optimization, creating competitive advantage through a clients-for-life philosophy, and is the author of the 2008 Social Media Enterprise Value Map. Tim earned his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and his BA from the University of Virginia.

Richard Keck
CFO
Rich is an accomplished executive with more than 22 years experience in dynamic service businesses, including companies in the finance, logistics, technology marketing and IT outsourcing. Prior to Collective Intellect, he was the Vice President of Finance for IT outsourcing at Infocrossing, a publicly-traded firm which had acquired (i)Structure from Level 3 where he had served as Vice President of Finance and Service Management. Keck holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and graduated with honors with a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in Urbana.

Greg Greenstreet
Vice President Engineering
Greg has more than eighteen years experience delivering scientific and commercial software applications. He has a solid background in mathematics, artificial intelligence and parallel processing, directing commercial applications in aerospace, networking, storage and telecommunications. Greenstreet holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Colorado State University and a M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Colorado, with thesis work in parallel processing.

John DiVirgilio
Vice President Research and Chief Architect
John is a respected information technology (IT) professional with years of experience in building systems for the financial trading community. Previously, he was involved in the initial conception and design of the ebusiness security framework at Sun Microsystems, and the implementation of a worldwide event correlation and monitoring platform. DiVirgilio holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Psychology from Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Dean Westervelt
Vice President, Social Media Analytics
Dean currently manages client services at Collective Intellect with a focus on social media analytics and reporting. The client services group is responsible for client and partnership engagements across Collective Intellect. Dean previously spent 10 years at a leading marketing services provider managing analytic engagements for financial services and hospitality. Dean has a BA in Economics from the College of William & Mary, and MA in General Psychology from Northern Arizona University, and an MA in Social Psychology from Boston College.
